In our Picture department, we have a diverse team building picture windows, dedicated to Safety, Quality, and Teamwork. We focus on maintaining a positive relationship with our evening shift partners, starting with the leadership team, to provide a positive costumer experience.
If you’re interested in further developing in a leadership role, have strong organizational skills, and a positive, collaborative approach to leading, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time, 6-month term, position on the day shift.
Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Group Leader to promote and work to meet departmental goals
- Support the Group Leader with performance management of staff including orientation and performance reviews
- Assume leadership responsibilities for department as the workload demands
- Facilitate safety and well being of team members
- Work with Team Members with problem-solving process within department
- Ensure leadership is aware of all situations regarding planning, quality, personnel, safety and materials
- Work with team on continuous improvement activities
You will bring:
- Passion for leadership and personal development
- Work independently (self-motivated)
- Ability to understand and write simple correspondences as well as verbal communication in English
- Able to regularly lift 25 – 50lbs
- Good organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team and motivate team members
- Basic computer and math skills

- Previous experience in a leadership role
