CanWest Concrete Cutting & Coring is looking for an experienced Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our team in the Leduc/Edmonton area.
Candidates with experience in concrete cutting and coring, including operating concrete saws or supervising crews, will be well suited for this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates and quotes for commercial and residential projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Visit job sites and meet with customers to discuss project requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish.
- Prepare contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.
- Ensure invoicing and project paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
- Work closely with the operations team to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and with excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- 1–2 years of project management experience
- 1-2 years experience with concrete demolition
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Experience using Bluebeam Revu is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other standard Office applications
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
