Marketsupport Canada is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual (preferred) Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on an 8-week temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing high-volume recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.

- Position: Recruiter (Bilingual preferred)
- Employment Type: Temporary Contract (8 Weeks)
- Location: Hybrid – Mississauga, ON
- Hours: Up to 30 hours per week
- Compensation: $23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
- Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for brand ambassador and retail merchandising positions across Canada.
- Source qualified candidates using Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephone and Zoom interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and extend employment offers.
- Complete onboarding activities, including employment documentation and new hire communications.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
- Deliver a professional, positive, and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset.
- Experience recruiting for retail or merchandising roles is an asset.
- Comfortable conducting interviews using Zoom.
- Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and other job boards.
- Experience using a TAM (ATS); familiarity with Zoho Sign is an asset.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Available to start immediately.
