What You'll Do
As a key point of contact for our homeowners, you'll keep their properties impeccably maintained and their experience seamless from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate homeowner arrivals - welcome amenities, parcel handling, and special requests - and conduct pre-arrival inspections to ensure every property is guest-ready
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding maintenance or operational items ahead of arrivals
- Manage property onboarding, homeowner profiles, and property documentation, and coordinate property calendars alongside homeowners
- Respond to homeowner emails and calls - coordination and accounting-related - in a timely, professional manner
- Support month-end processes, owner communications, and internal tracking tools like arrival reports and office calendars
- Identify and recommend property enhancements, upgrades, and renovation opportunities
- Liaise with strata managers on building operations, capital projects, and amenity access
- Source quotes and coordinate with vendors and trades for appliances, furnishings, repairs, and insurance matters
- Support the Director of Owner Relations with special projects and administrative initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trusted relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems is a strong asset
- Legally eligible to work in Canada (we're unable to assist with work authorization)
- Valid BC driver's licence, or the ability to convert one
- A long-term Whistler commitment, minimum 2 years
- Availability for weekend coverage (training on weekdays, transitioning to weekends)
