About Fitset Ninja
Fitset Ninja is a leading ninja obstacle training organization with thriving locations in Edmonton and Calgary, AB, and we’re growing fast. This summer, we’re launching an exciting pop-up location in Kelowna, BC, marking the first step toward establishing a permanent presence in the Okanagan. Our long-term vision is bold: to bring Ninja Obstacle Sports into the mainstream and expand Fitset Ninja locations across Canada.
Our mission is simple: inspire people to unleash their full potential. We live this through a community that’s energetic, supportive, and committed to growth, for our athletes and our staff.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Ninja Coach to join our Edmonton team. Our coaches play a critical role in delivering an exceptional athlete experience through fun, engaging, and high-quality programming that helps children and youth develop the fundamental skills of ninja obstacle sport and progress toward competing at regional, national, and international levels.
As a Ninja Coach, you will safely and effectively deliver our competitive training curriculum and help athletes build technical skills, strength, agility, confidence, problem-solving abilities, and a growth mindset. Through expert coaching, encouragement, and mentorship, you will create an inclusive, challenging, and supportive environment where athletes are inspired to push their limits, celebrate their progress, and discover what they are capable of achieving.
