This role oversees the integration of major projects and daily operations, ensuring compliance with network policies and alignment with strategic priorities across multiple locations.
The role involves integrating major projects into the pharmacy network and overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards. The position may require assisting, supporting, coaching, and influencing franchisees, managers, and employees to maximize sales, margins, and profitability. Operational action plans are developed and implemented to ensure service levels are acceptable and adhere to company guidelines. This role also involves supporting major renovations or relocations of pharmacies.
Key responsibilities include enforcing policies related to culture, merchandising, and signage, and ensuring the sustainability of all operational and regulatory requirements. The role involves developing and delivering training programs and seminars for managers and associates. Establishing short and long-term priorities that align with operational, people, and merchandising initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency is crucial. Leveraging internal and external partnerships may be necessary to maximize achievement of deliverables and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The role may also involve conducting performance reviews, establishing objectives and key results (OKRs), and facilitating regular meetings. Responsibilities include career development for direct reports, recruitment strategies, effective evaluation processes, and ongoing coaching. Educating and training franchisee partners to support pharmacy initiatives, scope of practice, and regulatory compliance, as well as conducting operational audits, are essential duties.
Additionally, this role may include developing and rolling out patient-oriented professional programs, organizing various marketing programs and annual conferences. Representing the pharmacy brand to professional organizations and ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations are key aspects. The role also involves coordinating in-network patient-oriented healthcare clinics and representing the brand to pharmacy students and key contact points for brand and generic companies.

The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
