We are a fast-growing car wash and automotive appearance center dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle care. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Front Desk Customer Service & Sales Representative who enjoys interacting with people and helping customers choose the services that best meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain car wash packages, memberships, and additional services.
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
- Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales goals for memberships, wash packages, and add-on services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales ability with confidence in recommending products and services.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and POS system experience.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Cash handling experience is an asset.
