Responsibilities

- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
- Provide product demos and upsell items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising displays to ensure an attractive shopping environment
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Ensure accurate transaction records and assist with inventory organization when needed
- Uphold excellent communication skills to foster positive customer relationships
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially bilingual proficiency in English and other languages
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and active listening
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for cash handling and transaction processing
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly
