Construction Labourer / Future Site Supervisor
Location: Newmarket, OntarioPay: $25.00–$40.00 per hour (based on experience)
Hanlon Homes is a growing residential construction company specializing in custom homes, additions, and high-quality renovations. We’re expanding quickly and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
We’re looking for a motivated construction labourer with experience using a wide variety of tools and a strong work ethic. Whether you specialize in one trade or have experience across several, we’re looking for someone who’s eager to continue learning and developing new skills.
This isn’t just another labourer position. We have several larger projects starting soon, and for the right person there is a clear path to becoming a Site Supervisor, managing projects and leading crews.
What We’re Looking For
- Construction experience (residential experience is an asset)
- Comfortable using a wide variety of hand and power tools
- Experience in one or more trades is an asset
- Willing to learn new skills and expand into other trades
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Positive attitude with the ability to take initiative
- Valid G driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
- Personal hand tools are preferred
