Peace In-Home Health Care Services is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a lovely elderly couple in Scarborough, with the primary focus on caring for a kind senior with dementia.
Location: Scarboroug by Victoria Park Ave & St Clair Ave East
Position: Live-In
Requirements:
- PSW certification or caregiving experience preferred
- Experience supporting clients with dementia is an asset
- Compassionate, patient, calm, and dependable
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Position Details:
- Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Companionship and emotional support
- Gentle redirection and reassurance for a client living with dementia
- Meal planning, preparation, and cooking
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Assistance with daily routines
- Maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive home environment
Competitive Gross Pay (based on experience)
