General Contractor seeking experienced carpenters with diverse skill set in structural framing and finish carpentry.
Must have 3-5 Years of construction carpentry experience.
Commercial construction experience is an asset.
Position Description: General Carpenter/interior finisher
Wages and compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities
Trim & Carpentry: Install trim items like crown mouldings, baseboards, window casings, and doors.
Flooring: Install various flooring materials, including hardwood and laminate.
Drywall Finishing: Apply drywall compound (mudding), tape joints, and sand surfaces to a smooth, seamless finish.
The Candidate we are looking for will have the following Qualifications
3-5 Years of construction carpentry experience.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and building plans.
Detail-Oriented: Strong precision for accurate measurements.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials for extended periods.
Confidence to thrive under pressure
Professional demeanor and attitude
CPR and First Aid Certification an (asset)
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
