Responsibilities
- Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining healthy dental habits.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment that complies with all health and safety regulations.
- Operation Hours: Monday: 9-5, Tuesday: 9-5, Wednesday: 9-5, Thursday: 11-8, No Weekends
Qualifications:
- Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Experience with digital radiographs, intra oral camera, and iTero Scanner
- Knowledge of ABELDent Software, considered an asset
Pay: $50.00-$56.00 per hour
