As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in driving business growth, supporting project delivery, managing financial performance, and developing the next generation of leaders.
Our team delivers projects that improve the quality of life in communities across Canada by providing access to essential services such as healthcare, housing, education, and transit. Our approach goes beyond the project to the people who are the heart of it all.
Responsibilities:
- Champion and model our values and culture.

Oversee your team's operational performance, including project delivery, quality, financial results, and people development.

Lead, coach, delegate, and empower a high-performing team.

Support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Lead business growth by strengthening client relationships, supporting account management, and identifying new opportunities.

Collaborate with Business Development and Service Line leaders to diversify services and grow the project pipeline.

Monitor project financial health and coach project managers on sound financial management practices.

Foster collaboration across business units to optimize resources and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with quality, risk management, and safety standards.

Represent the company within the local business community and help attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- A passion for growing business, developing people, and delivering outstanding client service.

Demonstrates strategic and critical thinking, generates innovative solutions, and has the ability to turn ideas into measurable results.

Minimum 6 years of progressive leadership experience in professional services.

Degree or diploma in business, engineering, architecture, construction management, finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Strong understanding of professional services, including project delivery, resource management, financial performance, and business development.

Proven ability to build client relationships, lead teams, and achieve business objectives.
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
-
Experience working respectfully in cross-cultural settings, including with Indigenous communities, is considered an asset.
Approximate Base Salary Range for Role: $114,416 - $153,197 CAD.
Base Salary pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Annual bonus opportunities are in addition to base salary.
