We are seeking a dynamic and creative Landscape Designer and Tree/Landscape Sales professional to join our vibrant team. This position combines daily customer service/sales and off site client meetings for design services. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive landscape designs using SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Dynascape to produce detailed plans and visualizations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, providing expert guidance on plant selections, materials, and layout options.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, gather measurements, and evaluate potential challenges for design implementation.
- Present design concepts to clients confidently, highlighting features that enhance outdoor aesthetics and functionality.
- Drive sales of trees and landscape materials by identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and closing deals effectively.
- Manage project timelines from initial concept through installation.
Requirements
- Tree sales in house at the store location in Dewinton. Ability to assist customers with tree selection and purchases.
- Proven experience in landscape design drafting and visualization.
- Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for precise drafting and planning tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors throughout all project phases.
- Knowledge of plant materials, landscape architecture principles, and sustainable design practices is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits are required.
