Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Head Spa Therapist plus Facial Aestheticians to lead our skincare and wellness team. This role involves providing exceptional facial treatments, spa therapies, and aesthetic services while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Duties
- Perform a variety of facial treatments, spa therapies, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services with professionalism and attention to detail
- Deliver personalized skincare consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products to clients
- Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction
- Lead retail sales efforts through product demos, upselling, and educating clients on skincare lines and beauty products
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and maintaining client records
- Assist with training and mentoring junior staff members to uphold service standards
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness protocols in accordance with health regulations
- Promote additional services such as hair styling or other spa offerings as appropriate
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on new treatments or skincare lines
- Foster a positive team environment focused on hospitality excellence
Skills
