Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform a variety of non-invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures, including:
- Electrocardiograms (ECGs)
- Holter monitor hook-up and analysis
- Treadmill exercise stress testing
- Stress echocardiography
- Exercise Sestamibi testing (not required)
- Persantine Sestamibi testing (not required)
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program.
- Current or pending CSCT and/or OSCT certification.
- Previous experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist is an asset; however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Nuclear Cardiology experience is considered an asset.
- Experience with Accuro EMR is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
