Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented European Diagnostic Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with automotive repair, utilizing various hand and power tools. This role involves diagnosing vehicle issues accurately, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship. The Diagnostic Technician will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and reliability of our clients' vehicles, contributing to a professional and efficient service environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough diagnostics on european vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs and maintenance.
- Perform heavy lifting as required to move parts or components safely.
- Repair or replace faulty parts based on diagnostic findings, adhering to safety standards.
- Assist with vehicle inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
- Document diagnostic results and repair procedures accurately for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service orders and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in European automotive repair or mechanic work; automotive technician certification is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with automotive repair.
- Experience working with automotive electronic systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior mechanic experience is highly desirable for this role.
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
