- Provides strategic leadership for Transportation, Environmental, and Infrastructure Services

Leads long-term infrastructure planning, asset management, and capital investment strategies.
- Partners with the CAO and Council to support organizational planning and strategic decision-making.
- Oversees major infrastructure projects, engineering initiatives, and sustainable community growth.
- Provides leadership, direction, coaching, performance management, and operational oversight to direct reports while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Builds strong relationships with staff, Council, consultants, developers, regulatory agencies, and community partners.

Provides executive oversight of the Township’s water and wastewater services while building strong partnerships with OCWA, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- A university degree in Engineering, Business, Public Administration, or a related discipline.

A Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or similar professional designation.

At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, public works, infrastructure, environmental services, or transportation.

5 or more years of senior management experience.

Collaborative leader who combines technical expertise with strategic vision.
- Experience leading capital infrastructure projects, strategic planning, and municipal operations.

Strong financial, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities.
- Political acuity and the ability to build trust with Council, staff, and the community.
- Valid G Drivers License.

Comfortable leading organizational change while balancing operational excellence with long-term strategic priorities.
- This position is primarily office-based and includes regular travel throughout the Township to municipal facilities, projects, and operational sites. Evening meetings and after-hours response during emergencies or operational events may occasionally be required.
- This is a newly created full-time position, was created to support the Township’s long-term organizational growth and strategic vision.

Salary range: $115,553.60 to $144,417, based on a 35-hour work week, plus a competitive benefits package and OMERS pension.
