What do we expect of you?
We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cambridge, ON. Reporting to the Cambridge Branch Manager, you will focus on receiving and inspecting products, packing shipments, and assisting with other warehouse duties.
What will you do?
· Responsible for pulling and packing incoming & outgoing shipments.
· Checking off incoming shipments from vendors and warehousing them in the appropriate bins.
· Inventory reconciliation.
· Assisting all team members in the department.
· Maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse.
· Help in other areas and teams as needed.
What do you need to succeed?
- Ability to work Monday-Thursday 7:30am to 3:00pm, and Fridays from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Must be able to fill in for holidays and peak seasons.
- Great physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs- frequent lifting is required.
- A friendly, engaging, and professional demeanour. Adaptable and a team player.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, work independently, with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of SAGE 300, and CRM experience are assets.
- Basic computer skills such Microsoft Word/Excel an asset.
