Adventure Bay is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Store Manager to take full responsibility for the daily operation of our indoor children's playground, ensuring an outstanding experience for every family.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the playground.
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate parties, workshops, and special events.
- Manage opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and reports.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and health & safety standards are met.
- Drive memberships, party bookings, and business performance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, recreation, childcare, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Available to work weekends and some evenings.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset.
