We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Hot Tubs, Spas and Swim Spas. Duties
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on hot tub and swim spas packs.
- Accurately diagnose mechanical issues by analyzing symptoms and conducting tests to determine root causes
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections and warranty service
- Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and inspection results
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers about repair processes, timelines, and technical details
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all service activities to ensure a secure working environment
- Assist in inventory management by tracking parts and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc., for repair tasks
- Previous experience in appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, automotive or related technical field is preferred
- Proficiency with power tools necessary for equipment maintenance and repair
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical information clearly
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency for service reporting
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions
