AClean Exterior Cleaning is hiring an Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. We provide professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, roof treatments, and exterior maintenance throughout the Fraser Valley.
Our technicians are the face of the company. Customers will judge AClean by the quality of your work, how you communicate, and how carefully you treat their property. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly—not someone who rushes through jobs just to finish early.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning residential and commercial windows
- Cleaning gutters and removing debris
- Pressure washing driveways, walkways, patios, and other exterior surfaces
- Soft washing siding, soffits, fascia, and building exteriors
- Setting up and safely using ladders, hoses, pumps, and cleaning equipment
- Protecting customers’ homes, landscaping, furniture, and personal property
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Taking before-and-after photos
- Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Following job checklists and safety procedures
- Working with other technicians to complete jobs efficiently
No exterior cleaning experience is required. We will provide hands-on training, systems, and clear expectations.

- Comfortable working outdoors
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and working on their feet
- Comfortable using ladders and working at heights
- Careful around customers’ homes and property
- Professional, respectful, and friendly
- Able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates
- Willing to take responsibility and learn from mistakes
- Available for occasional weekend work when required
A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are strongly preferred.
The Reality of the Job
This is physical outdoor work. Some days will be hot, wet, long, or physically demanding. Schedules may change depending on weather, job requirements, and customer bookings.
If you frequently arrive late, call in at the last minute, ignore instructions, rush through details, or cannot handle feedback, this will not be the right position for you.
