Job Overview
We are seeking newly licensed and experienced real estate professionals licensed in Real Estate Trading and/or Rental Property Management in British Columbia to join Retina Realty as independent contractors.

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in the purchase, sale, lease, or rental of residential and commercial properties.
- Build long-term client relationships through professional service and trusted advice.
- Conduct market research and provide strategic guidance.
- Prepare offers, contracts, and transaction documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Negotiate transactions professionally and ethically.
- Maintain compliance with the Real Estate Services Act, brokerage policies, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with brokerage leadership and fellow Realtors.
- Continue professional development and remain current with market trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Licensed in Real Estate Trading and/or Rental Property Management in British Columbia.
- Successfully completed the UBC Sauder Real Estate Trading and/or Rental Property Management Licensing Program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, self-motivated, and client-focused.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Committed to ethical business practices and continuous professional development.
- Comfortable learning and adopting new technology.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude.
