- Conduct personalized consultations and dynamic in-person presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our wireless products and services.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
- Utilize your product knowledge to recommend wireless plans, devices, and solutions that align with each customer's communication needs and lifestyle.
- Engage with pre-qualified leads provided to you while proactively identifying new business opportunities within assigned areas.
- Effectively guide customers through the sales journey using our CRM system to build customized wireless solutions and accurately track interactions.
- Stay informed on wireless technology, product launches, pricing, promotions, and industry developments to provide relevant recommendations.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and customer service throughout every customer interaction.
