Jumping Jacks is Fredericton’s go-to destination for quality second-hand (consignment) maternity, infant, baby and children’s clothing, footwear and related items.

Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers discover the perfect products.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly and helpful attitude
- Provide product knowledge and advice for children's clothing and accessories
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
- Help create an inviting atmosphere that makes shopping fun for kids and stress-free for parents
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store
- Hang and tag items and stock shelves
- Build lasting relationships with our customers and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
- Passion for working with kids and families
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Passion for customer service with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness efficiently
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to store upkeep and outdoor work
