Title: Light Duty Cleaner

Hourly Rate: $20.00 / hour
Schedule: On-call morning shifts

What You Will Be Doing
- Collect and remove used dishware, trays, and reusable service items from guest seating areas.
- Segregate waste materials at designated stations, separating recoverable items and organic matter from soiled service vessels and ensuring correct disposal arrangements.
- Perform continuous spot checks and removal of debris or litter from all floor surfaces within the public spaces and circulation zones.
- Clean, sanitize, and wipe down all guest seating surfaces, counters, and supporting fixtures and furniture to ensure readiness for the next user.
- Clean, disinfect, and sanitize high-touch and high-traffic areas to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform comprehensive floor care, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and spot cleaning.
- Clean and maintain all building common areas, including hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, elevators, escalators, and stairs
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from waste bins on a regular basis.
- Complete cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing of all facilities, with a focus on washrooms and designated client spaces.
- Maintain and service client-specific spaces and complete other duties as directed.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, retail, customer service, or janitorial services is considered an asset.
- The eligibility and ability to obtain all applicable security clearance(s).
- Knowledge of WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) is not required but considered an asset
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts is considered an asset
