Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager (Food Service) to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our seafood product line to Chinese and Western restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, calls, and follow-ups
- Promote and sell seafood products, including new product launches and seasonal promotions
- Manage relationships with restaurant clients in both Chinese and Western food service sectors
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer portfolio
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the restaurant industry
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Collect payments regularly and maintain up-to-date customer accounts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in food distribution, seafood, grocery, or food service
- Strong understanding of the restaurant industry (Chinese and Western cuisine is an asset)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the GTA

- Cantonese and/or Mandarin (asset)

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
