The TIBCO Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using the TIBCO platform. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations that enable seamless communication between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, databases, and third-party systems. The successful candidate will have strong experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, Enterprise Message Service (EMS), API development, and enterprise integration patterns while working collaboratively within Agile delivery teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6/BWCE).

Develop, deploy, and support integration services utilizing TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) for reliable asynchronous messaging.

Design and implement RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and enterprise messaging solutions.

Build reusable integration components following Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and API-led integration principles.

Develop data transformation and orchestration processes using XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT, and related technologies.

Configure, administer, and troubleshoot TIBCO EMS queues, topics, messaging services, and broker configurations.

Integrate enterprise applications, cloud services, databases, file systems, and third-party platforms.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance, availability, scalability, and reliability across production environments.

Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for complex integration and middleware issues.

Participate in application deployments, upgrades, environment configuration, and release management activities.

Develop technical documentation, interface specifications, deployment guides, and operational support procedures.

Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and vendors to design and deliver enterprise integration solutions.

Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support CI/CD pipelines and source control processes to automate integration deployments.

Ensure integrations comply with organizational security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing enterprise integration solutions.

Hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5, BW6, or BWCE).

Strong experience administering and supporting TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS).

Experience developing REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JMS messaging, and enterprise integration services.

Strong knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and API-led integration patterns.

Experience with XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT, XPath, WSDL, HTTP, HTTPS, JDBC, and JMS technologies.

Experience integrating enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, and third-party platforms.

Experience troubleshooting production middleware environments and performing root cause analysis.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Strong understanding of application security, authentication, encryption, and secure integration practices.

Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
The following experience would be considered an asset:
- TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE).

TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO Flogo, or TIBCO Rendezvous.

API Management platforms such as TIBCO Mashery or equivalent.

Container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

MuleSoft, IBM App Connect, Boomi, or other enterprise integration platforms.

SQL and relational database development.
