Position Summary
Full-Time/ Part-Time/ Evening shifts/ Night shifts available
We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburring & Polishing Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deburring, polishing, finishing, and visually inspecting precision-machined metal components to ensure they meet customer and quality specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deburr, polish, and finish aluminum, stainless steel, and other machined metal components.
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, and machining marks using hand tools, power tools, and polishing equipment.
- Perform visual inspections to identify cosmetic defects and ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Clean, wash, and prepare finished parts for packaging and shipment.
- Handle components carefully to prevent damage during the finishing process.
- Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work independently while meeting production schedules and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in metal deburring, polishing, or finishing within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using deburring tools, grinders, die grinders, polishing equipment, and other related hand and power tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing.
- Knowledge of precision machining processes and blueprint interpretation.
- Experience working within an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality environment.
Requirements
As a Controlled Goods Registered company, successful applicants must be eligible to work in Canada and successfully complete security screening, including a police background check.

Work Location
This position is based in Mississauga, Ontario. Relocation assistance is not provided, and candidates are expected to be able to work on-site at our Mississauga facility.
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
