Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) and Framing Foreman to lead and oversee framing and ICF installation teams on construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that framing and ICF work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive project success by supervising a crew on site. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the framing and ICF installation crew to ensure timely project completion.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately to guide installation processes.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and quality control protocols.
- Conduct quality inspections during framing and ICF installation phases to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinate workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Requirements
- Extensive construction experience with a strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality control procedures and safety protocols on active job sites.
- Ability to read detailed schematics and technical drawings accurately for precise installation work.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and ensure adherence to project specifications.
We are also a multi faceted company, and your role will also involve residential Awning installation, temporary fencing installs as well as foundation waterproofing.
Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
