OFFICE MANAGER / EA
Location: On-site in Montréal, QC
About No Saint
We build nicotine delivery systems that solve societal problems, but first drive consumer preference. Why? You can't make a difference without being relevant first. We're fast-growing, The Grocer's Top Product Launch of 2025, and we're scaling into new markets — which means solving problems most consumer companies never have to. The CEO generates initiatives faster than any normal org can absorb them. Someone has to stand between that firehose and the company and decide — in real time — what's real, what moves now, what waits, and who owns it. That's you. You report to the COO, and you are the reason the company can move at speed without flying apart.
As our Office Manager, you'll have a front-row seat to the business's growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional leaders, gain visibility across every function of the company, and play an important role in helping our leadership team stay focused on the work that matters most. If you enjoy variety, thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, and take pride in bringing organization and calm to fast-moving teams, you'll find plenty of opportunities to make a meaningful impact at No Saint.
About the Role
At No Saint, things move quickly. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys bringing structure, organization, and calm to rapidly evolving priorities.
You'll serve as a trusted partner to our leadership team, helping ensure our Montréal office operates smoothly while providing executive support that keeps the business moving efficiently. No two days will look the same. One moment you may be coordinating an executive meeting, the next helping onboard a new employee, working with vendors, organizing an office event, managing travel arrangements, or jumping into a special project that helps the team stay focused on what matters most.
This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in creating exceptional employee experiences, anticipates needs before they arise, and finds satisfaction in helping others do their best work. Success comes from staying organized, building trusted relationships, and creating the structure that allows a growing startup to operate smoothly every day.
