RebalanceMD is hiring Kinesiologists to join our growing clinical team in Victoria, BC.
This is a great opportunity for a registered Kinesiologist, new graduate, or BCAK applicant who is interested in musculoskeletal care, rehabilitation, bracing, orthopaedics, and working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
RebalanceMD is a busy, team-based clinic that brings together physicians, surgeons, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, pedorthists, bracing specialists, nurses, and medical office staff. Our Kinesiologists play an important role in supporting patient care, movement-based rehabilitation, exercise education, and clinical programs across the clinic.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build strong clinical experience in an interdisciplinary setting.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your experience, registration status, and training, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting patients with movement-based rehabilitation and exercise programming
- Working alongside physiotherapists and other clinical team members
- Assisting with patient education, exercise instruction, and follow-up
- Supporting bracing, orthopaedic, and MSK-related clinical workflows
- Participating in clinic programs and patient care pathways
- Providing excellent patient service in a professional, supportive manner
- Completing documentation and related administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates who are positive, motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Kinesiology or a related field
- BCAK registration, or active progress toward BCAK registration
- An interest in musculoskeletal care, orthopaedics, rehabilitation, or sports medicine
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional and compassionate approach with patients
- The ability to work well in a busy team environment
- A willingness to learn and take initiative
Experience in a medical, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, bracing, or clinical setting is an asset, but not required. We are open to supporting strong candidates who are newer to the field and are actively working toward registration.
