Hensall Co-op is seeking a reliable individual to become an integral member of our team! This position is seasonal, working out of the Brussels location starting ASAP and finishing approximately the end of November.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Weigh, sample and record inbound and outbound commodities (wheat, corn, beans etc.), ensuring load meets proper specifications
- Direct inbound loads to proper area for unloading
- Test and grade product quality using laboratory machines
- Complete all load records/documentation, enter into computer and file properly in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries/concerns and direct to proper personnel
- Answer phones and assist with general office duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in an agricultural setting and knowledge of different crops and general agricultural processes is an asset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Students welcome
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication ability

- G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract (preferred)
