We are looking for an experienced, motivated Medical Aesthetician / Laser Treatment Specialist who enjoys collaborating with a physician, educating patients, and building long-term treatment relationships.
This position will begin on a part-time basis with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the clinic continues to expand.
Hours will initially include scheduled treatment days, consultations, training, and team integration, with the opportunity for increased hours as the patient schedule grows.

The successful candidate will confidently conduct consultations, perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments, develop personalized treatment plans, educate patients, recommend appropriate home care, and collaborate closely with our physician and clinical team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals.
- Build customized treatment packages combining multiple technologies when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with our physician to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments safely and confidently.
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, risks, aftercare, and maintenance.
- Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare and home-care regimens to complement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and photography.
- Provide exceptional follow-up care and encourage long-term patient relationships.
- Assist with patient retention, package planning, and rebooking.
- Work collaboratively with reception, technicians, and physicians to provide seamless patient care.
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinical training.
- Assist with other clinic responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the team.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics or laser treatments preferred.
- Medical aesthetics or laser certification.
- Strong consultation and treatment planning skills.
- Ability to confidently recommend personalized treatment plans and packages.
- Experience recommending medical-grade skincare and home-care regimens.
- Excellent understanding of skin physiology, contraindications, Fitzpatrick skin types, and laser safety.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused communication.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
