Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have a pleasant experience from start to finish. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure that tables are clean and set up properly before guests arrive
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food or beverages
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Experience
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage
- A friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
