Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Signage Printing Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating printing equipment to produce high-quality signage and visual displays. Your mechanical knowledge, proficiency with machinery, and warehouse experience will be essential in ensuring efficient production workflows. Responsibilities
- Operate large-format printing machines and related equipment to produce signage according to design specifications
- Prepare materials, including loading substrates and inks, ensuring proper setup for each job
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing machinery to minimize downtime
- Package finished signage securely for delivery or installation, utilizing appropriate packaging techniques
- Use forklift and mechanical skills to handle large rolls of materials and move finished products within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of projects
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or printing environments, especially with large-format or digital printing equipment
- Warehouse experience with familiarity in material handling and inventory management
- Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in operating forklifts or similar equipment (certification preferred)
- Strong understanding of packaging processes for shipping finished products safely
- Hands-on experience with machining or similar technical skills is a plus
