We source exceptional specimens from around the world and share them with a growing community of collectors and crystal enthusiasts through our e-commerce store, social media platforms, and live sales.

About the Role
This is much more than a typical e-commerce position.
You'll become an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience from the moment an order is placed until it arrives safely at their door.
One day you may be photographing beautiful new crystal arrivals, the next you could be packing customer orders, updating our Shopify store, receiving inventory, assisting with social media, or preparing for an international Gem Show.

Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pack crystal, mineral, and fossil orders for shipment
- Process customer invoices and maintain inventory using our accounting and inventory systems
- Create shipping labels and coordinate shipments with our shipping providers
- Respond professionally to customer shipping enquiries
- Receive, unpack, organize, and price incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control
- Photograph crystals and products for our website and social media
- Upload and maintain product listings on our Shopify store
- Assist with content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Support the preparation and setup for live sales and special promotions
- Assist with preparations for major Gem Shows in North America and Europe
- Travel to Gem Shows when required
- Help support the daily operations of our growing e-commerce business

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an e-commerce, retail, operations, warehouse, or administrative role
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Valid passport or ability to travel internationally when required
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following would be considered an asset:
- Shopify
- Product photography
- Inventory management
- Shipping and fulfillment
- Shipping software and label creation
- Customer service
- Social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Basic photo or video editing
