We are currently seeking a Marine Logistics Coordinator to join our Commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, analytical, and customer-focused professional who enjoys working at the intersection of logistics, operations, business analysis, and customer service. You will play a key role in supporting vessel movements, commercial agreements, fleet performance reporting, and customer commitments while collaborating closely with Commercial, Operations, Traffic, and Finance teams.
As a member of the Commercial team, you will support the planning and execution of marine transportation services while helping ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.

Coordinate and support marine transportation activities, including voyage planning information and dispatch documentation.

Assist with the generation and distribution of Voyage Orders and Daily Position Reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Support Commercial and Operations teams in monitoring fleet utilization and key performance indicators.

Maintain vessel performance information and ensure the accuracy of operational and commercial data.

Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to support contract compliance, invoicing, and customer account requirements.

Generate, validate, and process billing information through company systems.

Assist in developing and maintaining operational and commercial performance reporting.

Communicate with customers to provide updates, address inquiries, and maintain a high level of service.

Coordinate with Traffic, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to support customer commitments and business objectives.

Provide administrative support to the Commercial team and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Finance, or a related discipline.

Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered.

1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation, dispatch, operations support, supply chain, customer service, business analysis, or a related role.

Marine transportation experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Experience within transportation, shipping, rail, trucking, freight forwarding, or logistics environments would be highly valued.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.

Experience working with ERP, CRM, or transportation management systems is an asset.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret and present business and operational data.
