Tilemaster has been family-owned for more than 40 years, providing tiles and renovation supplies for homeowners, contractors, and designers. We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Toronto team (Location: Dufferin & Lawrence). Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a premium showroom experience
- Guide customers through product selection, offering design-focused recommendations for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare accurate quotations, coordinate orders, and manage projects from selection through completion
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractor, designers, builders and homeowners.
- Follow up with customers to ensure an exceptional experience and identify future opportunities
- Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, and product displays to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, flooring, tile, kitchen and bath, or a related industry
- Strong design sense with the ability to help customers coordinate colours, materials, and finishes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple customer projects and priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Available to work weekdays and weekends
