Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our clients' vehicles.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Use specialized cleaning products and equipment to achieve optimal results while adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may need attention and report findings to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory to facilitate vehicle movement during detailing processes.
