What You'll Be Doing
Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Answering phones and managing incoming emails
- Coordinating new client onboarding
- Managing client deadlines and workflow
- Reviewing employee timecards and processing adjustments
- Preparing monthly client invoices
- Following up on outstanding accounts receivable
- Digitizing client documentation
- Organizing digital and physical files
- Supporting management with staffing and client administration
- Maintaining workflow systems and office organization
- Assisting with software setup and troubleshooting
- Helping ensure company procedures and SOPs are consistently followed
- Looking for opportunities to improve efficiency throughout the office
- Office supply management and fulfillment

QualificationsRequired
- 5+ years of Office Administration experience
OR
- 2+ years of Office Administration experience plus an Office Administration Certificate or Diploma
AND
- Basic Accounting Certificate (or higher)
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred
- QuickBooks Online
- Sage Accounting
- Experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping office
- Experience learning new software quickly
- Experience troubleshooting software and integrations
