We are looking for a full-time Greenhouse & Cut Flower Grower to join our team
This position is responsible for the day-to-day care and management of our greenhouses and cut flower production.
Responsibilities include:
- Greenhouse propagation and seeding
- Planting and transplanting
- Watering and fertilizing
- Weeding and general crop maintenance
- Harvesting cut flowers and vegetables
- Arranging flower bouquets
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with plants
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Can work independently and manage daily tasks
- Is reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
- Enjoys working both outdoors and in greenhouses
Previous greenhouse, horticulture, floriculture, or farming experience is an asset but not required.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
