About Us
Chantilly Forever FC is one of Hamilton's fastest-growing soccer clubs and a Canada Soccer National Club P2 Licensed organization. We are committed to providing a positive, player-centered environment where young athletes can develop both on and off the field.
As we continue to expand for the 2026/2027 season, we are looking for passionate and motivated coaches to join our technical team.
Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with children and youth while helping players develop their technical, tactical, physical, and social skills.

Available Age Groups
- U5–U6 First Kicks
- U7–U8 Pre-Academy
- U9–U12 Grassroots
- U13–U21 Competitive
Assignments will be based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Coach games during league and tournament play.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
- Support player development following the club curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff.
- Attend coach meetings and professional development sessions.
- Represent Chantilly Forever FC professionally at all times.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Previous coaching or playing experience.
- Ontario Soccer/Canada Soccer coaching certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Passion for youth development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Requirements
Successful applicants must obtain or possess:
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders.
- Making Ethical Decisions (MED) certification (where applicable).
- Appropriate Ontario Soccer coaching certification (club assistance available).

Schedule
- Weekday evening training sessions

Compensation
$20.00–$40.00 per hour
Pay is based on coaching experience, certifications, and assigned team level.
