Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agronomy Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities within the agricultural sector
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate agronomic products and solutions
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing to meet company goals and client expectations
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share
- Utilize Quickbooks and CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that promote products and services
- Provide technical expertise on crop management, soil health, and other agronomy-related topics during client consultations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings
- Lead account management efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the agriculture or related industries, with a strong understanding of agronomy principles
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, business development, and account management
- Strong analysis skills to assess market data and client needs effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-making at various levels
- Marketing experience is a plus for developing effective promotional strategies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Pay: $80,000.00-$121,805.84 per year
