Position: Estimator
We are looking for a dual-focus Commercial Estimator / Snow Sales Representative to drive growth in our commercial landscape and snow removal divisions. You will manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting and estimating to closing high-value contracts.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales: Prospect and secure new commercial landscaping ($1.5M+ target) and snow removal ($1M+ target) contracts.
- Build Relationships: Network with property managers, developers, and general contractors in Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Brantford, and Stoney Creek.
- Estimate & Propose: Evaluate tender packages, perform accurate estimates, and deliver professional project proposals.
- Retain Clients: Maintain outstanding relationships to ensure strong annual contract renewals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial sales, estimating, or business development (experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or snow removal is a major asset).
- Comfort managing tender processes, performing quantity take-offs, and negotiating contracts.
- A self-starter with a track record of meeting high-value sales targets.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours (40–60 hours/week) during peak estimating and winter seasons.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
