We are now hiring for the following position and we would be delighted to meet you:
As service support, you are the engine behind great service. Your job is to anticipate needs, support the serving team and ensure every guest space is clean, stocked, and ready.

DUTIES
- Support the Guest Experience, always looking for opportunities to help
- Maintaining mise en place at all team stations throughout service. This includes filling up cutlery, plates, napkins, glassware, water and condiments as needed. Keeping an eye on this and anticipating needs before we run out is crucial to the smooth running of the restaurant.
- Running food and drink to tables. Knowing your table numbers and seat positions is important for all staff to know. When drinks and food have been run to the table, pick up any empties, dirty dishes to the kitchen, glassware to the bar, and menus to the host as needed.
- Always have a cleaning rag with you, use bar trays to clear glassware. Walk though all the guest spaces and clear as needed. Pick up garbage under picnic tables and around the space.
- Full Hands Out - Full hands In.
- Cleaning and maintaining washrooms, soaps filled, toilet paper replaced, garbages emptied.
- Never walk past a guest who needs assistance.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by floor captain, assist prepping service station, polish cutlery, fill water, mop floors etc, all outlined in restaurant and patio open/close duties.
- Stay one step ahead and monitor what may be needed.
- Clearing and bussing tables of plateware and glassware and taking to the dishpit and glasswash station, stacking neatly. Please use a tray.
Must have or be willing to get the following certifications: Smart Serve
