Krave Kulture is a busy, high-volume specialty dessert shop where teamwork, efficiency, and a positive attitude are essential. We are looking for individuals for our brand new location in Coal Harbour with previous work experience who can learn quickly, stay organized during busy rushes, and consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve products quickly and accurately
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other specialty beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Restock products and monitor inventory throughout each shift
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with team members
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a strong asset
- Candidates without barista experience must be willing and eager to learn
- Previous customer service, retail, café, or food service experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically active work
- Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Candidates with full daytime and evening availability after summer will be given priority
