Job Title: Indoor Playground Staff
Responsibilities:
- Supervise children in the play area to ensure safety and enjoyment.
- Regularly clean and organize play equipment to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining play structures and facilities.
- Engage with children through games and activities, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
- Address any conflicts or concerns among children and encourage positive interactions.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about safety and activities.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
Required Work Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred.
Certifications:
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is required.
Age Requirement:
- Applicants must be under 40 years old.

Education:
- Associate's degree or higher, preferably in early childhood education or a related field.
