Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Provide a variety of beauty treatments such as body waxing to enhance client satisfaction and meet their individual needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by thoroughly sanitizing tools and workstations after each client
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client preferences, offering expert advice, and ensuring a relaxing experience
- Upsell additional services or retail products to maximize client benefits and increase revenue opportunities
- Assist clients with retail sales of skincare, nail care products, and beauty accessories to support their ongoing beauty routines
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for personalized future visits
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, gel application, and nail art design
- Proficiency in body waxing procedures with attention to safety and hygiene standards
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their beauty goals
