Maintenance Aide
Job Summary
The Maintenance Aide is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties to ensure the building, grounds, and equipment are maintained in a safe, clean, and functional condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance to the building, equipment, and furnishings.
- Complete painting, patching, and minor surface repairs as required.
- Maintain the property grounds, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow and ice removal.
- Conduct routine inspections and surveillance of the building exterior, grounds, and parking areas to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
- Report maintenance issues and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
- Follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or building repair experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, hand tools, and equipment.

- Compensation: $18.50–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
